Founder-run WhatsApp design-partner pilot · Singapore

Let AI prepare routine replies. Keep a human in charge.

Zero Wait prepares replies to approved WhatsApp questions for owner review, creates owner-review work for unknowns and recognized risky-message patterns, and can place Calendar-backed tentative booking holds that only a person may confirm. The four-week pilot starts supervised.

The real problem

The cost is the interruption.

  • The same five questions, all day, every day
  • Jumping into WhatsApp in the middle of paid work
  • Checking the Calendar, then checking it again
  • Complaints and sensitive questions that need judgment
  • No clean evidence of what actually helped
Zero Wait is built around a simpler bargain: prepare routine replies from approved facts, create owner-review work for the rest. During the pilot, the owner approves customer replies while we test whether the workflow reduces avoidable work.

A narrow job, done with guardrails.

Approved FAQ reply preparation

It prepares a reply for owner review only when the question is strongly matched to approved business facts. Unknown or unsupported questions become owner-review work.

📅

Tentative booking holds

The supervised flow can check Google Calendar availability and place a time-limited tentative hold. Only a person can turn it into a confirmed booking; otherwise it may be released or expire.

🤝

Unknown & recognized-risk handoff

Unknowns become owner-review work with context, and a WhatsApp notification is attempted. Recognized complaint and sensitive-risk patterns are routed too; the pilot does not claim to detect every risky message.

📱

Owner supervision in WhatsApp

The pilot starts in supervised mode. The owner reviews the work, teaches approved facts and keeps the final say.

Eligible-number coexistence

Eligible businesses can keep their WhatsApp Business number and app. We check eligibility and rollback before activation.

Evidence, not guesswork

We review instrumented inbound work, response evidence, human-needed work and booking progress—without inventing revenue.

The boundary matters. Today this is supervised WhatsApp text—not phone calls, scheduled reminders, automated follow-up sequences, imported old chats or a finished all-in-one staff inbox.

What you can judge after four weeks

Evidence first. No invented return.

The system records
What came in, what response was actually accepted, where a person was needed, and how booking work progressed.
  • Instrumented inbound WhatsApp work
  • Then-current after-hours classification
  • Meaningful response evidence—not just a holding line
  • Human-needed age and owner interventions
  • Tentative and confirmed booking transitions
We agree the useful job and success measures with you before launch, then review the evidence together.
The report does not pretend
A transport acceptance is not automatically a delivered or read message.
  • A tentative Calendar hold is not a confirmed booking
  • A holding reply is not a useful answer
  • Saved hours and revenue stay unknown unless you validate them
  • No “AI handled” percentage without an agreed definition
The point of the pilot is to learn what is valuable for your business—not to manufacture a success story.
How the pilot starts

A deliberate launch, not a flip of a switch.

Choose one valuable job

We agree the WhatsApp work to test, the baseline, the evidence that counts and the decisions that always stay human.

Configure and test

We add approved facts, business style and Calendar access, check number eligibility, explain the data flow, and run supervised test chats.

Run four weeks

The founder supervises the pilot with you, fixes weak spots and reviews only evidence the system can actually support.

Launch timing is confirmed after setup review. It depends on required access, WhatsApp eligibility, approved business information, Calendar configuration and your supervised test.

Clear limits protect your customers and keep the pilot measurable.
  • Phone-call answering or voice AI
  • Scheduled customer reminders
  • Automated follow-up sequences

If one of these is your main need, tell us. We will treat it as product discovery, not quietly promise software that is not ready.

The core app and database are hosted in Singapore. WhatsApp, Google Calendar and the configured AI provider are external processors; the actual data flow and written pilot terms are reviewed before onboarding.

Fair questions
Does it reply to every message automatically?
No. The pilot starts supervised. Strong matches to your approved facts can be prepared for review, while unknowns and recognized risky or sensitive patterns are handed to a person. Any later automation is a bounded decision based on measured evidence, not the default promise.
What happens when it does not know?
It gives a short holding response, creates owner-review work with the question and context, and attempts a WhatsApp notification. Recognized patterns involving complaints, medical or safety questions, payment disputes, privacy or legal requests, and instruction-manipulation attempts are routed the same way. This is a bounded safety layer, not a claim to recognize every risky message or guarantee a human response time.
Is a Calendar hold a confirmed booking?
No. Zero Wait can check availability and create a time-limited tentative hold in Google Calendar. Only a person can confirm it; otherwise the hold may be released or expire. We keep those states distinct because “held” and “booked” are not the same promise.
Can I keep my WhatsApp Business number?
Eligible businesses can keep their existing number and app through Meta's official coexistence setup. We confirm eligibility, device behaviour and rollback first. Zero Wait begins with new supported text traffic after activation and does not promise to import old chats.
How soon can we launch?
We confirm the date after checking required access, number eligibility, approved knowledge, Calendar setup and your supervised test. We will not trade a safe activation for a blanket setup-time promise.
What about customer data?
The core app and database run in Singapore. Client records and approved knowledge are scoped to each business, and we do not connect a new business until its isolation, recovery and offboarding checks pass. WhatsApp, Google Calendar and the configured AI provider are external processors. Before onboarding, we explain the actual data flow and agree access, retention, export and deletion terms in writing.
Does the S$300 pilot renew automatically?
The pilot is four weeks. S$500/month is the intended continuation price only if the work proved useful and we both agree the ongoing scope and written terms.
